Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tall cans evaporated milk
    6 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Add canned milk and milk.
    Freeze in home freezer.
    Makes approximately 1 gallon.
