Sour Cream-Fudge Cake With Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 tsp. instant coffee
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    16 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cocoa, coffee and water; cool and stir in vanilla and sour cream.
    Beat butter until smooth.
    Sprinkle in sugar and beat 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Whisk flour, soda and salt together.
    Add flour mixture and cocoa mixture alternately.
    Beat 15 seconds after all ingredients are combined.
    Pour batter into 2 (9-inch) pans (prepared).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
