Beef Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    dash of pepper
    4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    oil for frying
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    6 oz. carton frozen guacamole, thawed
    1/2 c. taco sauce
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring beef, water, vinegar, garlic and seasonings to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer about 1 1/4 hours or until beef is tender.
    Uncover; cook until liquid evaporates, about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Shred meat with 2 forks or let cool and pull apart with fingers.
