Peanut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 rolled Ritz crackers
    3/4 c. chopped non-salted peanuts
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together crackers and peanuts. Fold cracker mixture into egg white mixture.
    Put into ungreased pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Top with whipped cream.
