Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated American cheese
salt, pepper and paprika
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
margarine
Preparation
-
Saute celery and onion.
Add soups, cheese, seasoning and broccoli.
Pour over rice.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. May be stretched by adding more rice and broccoli.
May use green beans (French-cut) in place of broccoli.
