Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 large potatoes, cooked and diced
    2 c. cooked corned beef, ground
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat butter and oil.
    Add potatoes and onion and cook over medium heat until potatoes are lightly browned, turning occasionally.
    Add corned beef, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook over medium heat until hot, turning frequently.
