Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    16 oz. can sauerkraut
    1 can cream of potato soup (not diluted)
    slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut real well.
    Mix together lightly the potato soup, sour cream and milk.
    Blend this mixture into the drained sauerkraut lightly.
    Place in a greased casserole and top with Swiss cheese slices.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
