Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat, in chunks
2 c. sliced carrots
3 c. diced potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in heavy roaster with lid.
Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
Do not stir.
Delicious!
