Cajun Deep-Fry Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 lb. turkey, thawed
    2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp. onion juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic juice
    3 oz. Zesty Italian dressing
    1/3 c. white wine
    4 gal. peanut oil
Preparation
    You also need a 60-quart boiling pot with basket, elevated propane burner, meat pump and long reed temperature gauge.
