Fried Zucchini Flowers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 flower blossoms
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 clove garlic, minced (optional)
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash blossoms and remove inner small piece, drain and wrap in paper towel while making batter.
    Beat eggs with salt, flour and baking powder.
    Dip 1 flower at a time into batter and fry until golden.
    Eat as appetizer.
