Glacier Bay Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. Rice Krispies
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients together.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
Let cool; spread frosting over cake.
