St. Paul Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large green pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 box Lipton chicken noodle soup with chicken bits (2 envelopes)
    1/2 c. raw rice
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Brown peppers and celery; cook until tender.
    Mix soup, rice and water in a pot.
    Cook about 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Tastes something like Chinese food.
