Carrot Salad With Raisins And Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream or Miracle Whip
    1/4 tsp. grated onions
Preparation
    Scrape carrots to get a thin layer of skin off.
    Grate carrots coarsely into bowl.
    Add and mix remaining ingredients.
    Chill and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
