Rebecca'S Onion Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. onions, sliced
2 red bell peppers, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer. When onions become clear, pour into pint jars and seal.
Makes 3 to 4 pints.
