Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    12 medium sweet potatoes
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes and cook until done.
    When done, cut in half lengthwise.
    Set aside.
    Bring syrup, sugar and margarine to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 cup syrup into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Arrange potatoes in syrup, then add remaining syrup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until well glazed.
    Baste often.
