Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine in a pot over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir often.
    Pour rice into a casserole.
    Cover and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
