Crab Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. imitation crab
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    6 cloves garlic
    noodles
    1 loaf French bread
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    In a saucepan melt butter; add flour.
    Stir until slightly thickened and white.
    Add milk until thick.
    Add cream cheese, 1/2 of garlic and crab to sauce.
    Simmer 25 minutes. While sauce simmers, place remaining margarine in a pan.
    Melt and add remaining garlic; cook until brown.
    In a shallow baking dish, pour butter.
    Pour butter-garlic mixture over sliced French bread.
    Bake until brown.
    Layer fettucine sauce over noodles. Serve with French bread.
