Soft Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in molasses; add eggs, then soda and vinegar.
    Stir dry ingredients and add to mixture alternately with milk.
    Drop on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
