Millionaire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. coconut
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; fold in Cool Whip and then gently fold in lemon juice.
    Makes two 9-inch pies.
