Bill'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk or 6 oz. plain yogurt
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    4 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts or granola
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil, buttermilk or yogurt and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Beat well.
    Gradually mix in flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.
    Stir in carrots and nuts or granola.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, until cake tests done.
    Serve plain or frost with cream cheese frosting.
