Lo-Cal Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    3/4 oz. grated Parmesan
    10 oz. skinned and boned chicken breasts, pounded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine buttermilk and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
    Sprinkle chicken breasts with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
    Dip floured breasts into buttermilk cheese mixture, coating both sides and using entire mix.
    Repeat with bread crumbs.
    In 9-inch skillet, heat oil; add chicken breasts and cook, turning once, until brown on both sides.
    Makes 2 servings.
