Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 medium sized red potatoes, boiled in jackets
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 small chopped onion
1 medium jar pimentos
1 box seasoned croutons
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation

After boiling potatoes, cut into cubes.
Do not peel.
Place cubed potatoes in a large greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle cubed cheese over potatoes.
Follow with onion, pimentos, parsley flakes, paprika and garlic salt.
Place croutons on top of casserole.
Melt margarine and pour over top.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 10 to 12 large servings.
