1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation
    Soften butter. Cream butter and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
    Add the flour (baking powder and salt) and milk alternately.
    Bake in 3 greased pans at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
