Magic Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. mincemeat
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 (3 oz.) cans (3/4 c.) mixed fruit, chopped
    3 (15 oz.) cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Break mincemeat into small pieces and put in 2-quart saucepan. Add water and place over heat and stir until lumps are broken. Boil 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Add nuts, fruits, milk and egg.
    Blend well.
    Stir in flour and baking soda blended.
    Pour mixture into loaf pan well-greased. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until golden brown.
