Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 2/3 c. brown Minute rice
    1/2 medium bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add rice and pepper.
    Saute until lightly browned, stirring constantly about 3 minutes.
    Add water, mixing with fork.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in parsley.
