Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped raw apples
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix together sugar
and flour.\tAdd beaten eggs, margarine, nutmeg, cinnamon
and
vanilla.
Stir
in chopped apples and pecans.
Bake at
425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done.
(Use single pie crust.)
