Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 to 6 medium-sized baking potatoes, peeled, quartered and rinsed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour and cheese.
    Coat potatoes with flour and cheese mixture.
    Put melted margarine in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking pan and place coated potatoes in a single layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then turn potatoes and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes.
