Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. dried chives
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. sour cream
    12 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
    12 to 16 oz. crabmeat
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Make a white sauce with butter, flour and half and half.
    Add parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
    Stir until thickened.
    Adjust seasonings and remove from heat.
    Add sour cream.
    Blend well.
