Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 onion, chopped
    1 apple, diced
    1 bay leaf
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
    1 to 2 cans beer
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown chops; remove.
    Saute onion and apple until golden brown.
    Stir in sauerkraut, beer, caraway seed and bay leaf.
    Return chops to skillet, cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
