Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or more pork chops
2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
4 large potatoes, quartered
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in this manner:
Lay chops in single layer on the bottom. Sprinkle onions and garlic over this. Arrange potatoes over this. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour the 2 cans of tomato sauce over top.
Refill the cans with water and pour over. Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour until fork goes through potatoes and meat easily.
