Super Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potato flakes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can vegetable soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can corn
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix potato flakes, sour cream and water.
    Press mixture firmly in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Brown beef; pour off excess fat. Drain corn and add with remaining ingredients except cheese. Spoon meat over potato mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
