Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

15 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 to 21 oz.) can pie filling (any flavor)

Preparation

Line 15 cupcake pans with cupcake liners.
Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
