Brown Sugar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    5 eggs
    1 lb. and 1 c. light brown sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Let
    eggs and butter sit until they are
    room
    temperature. Cream together butter and Crisco.
    Add eggs, one
    at
    a time, creaming
    after
    each
    other.
    Add brown
    sugar.
    Sift together flour and baking powder.
    Add flour and baking powder mixture alternately
    with
    milk
    to
    sugar mixture.
    Bake
    in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
