Low-Fat Banana Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas
    2 c. skim milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Egg Beaters
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. cubed day-old raisin bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a food processor or blender puree 2 bananas.
    Spray a shallow 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray; add bread cubes.
