April'S Favorite Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
    1/3 c. ruby Port
    1/3 c. tawny Port
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberries
    zest of 1 orange
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, bring liquids and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
    Add 1 1/2 packages cranberries; return to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer until berries begin to pop. Add remaining cranberries and orange zest.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.
