Hard-Cooked Eggs With Mushrooms Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. chopped, sauteed mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. white sauce
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and put through sieve.
    Add seasonings and 1/3 of the chopped mushrooms which have been sauteed in a small amount of butter.
    Re-fill whites with yolk mixture.
    Press 2 halves together.
    Place in casserole.
    Pour the cream sauce over them mixed with the remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
