Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Karo
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, Karo and water in pan; bring to boil at 250\u00b0.
    Add 1 tablespoon margarine and peanuts to mixture and bring to 310\u00b0. Remove from heat.
    Add salt, soda and 1 tablespoon margarine. Pour into pie pans.
    Cool.
    Remove.
    Put onto waxed paper and finish cooling.
