Chocolate-Walnut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/3 c. hot milk
    2 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    walnut halves and pieces
Preparation
    Smooth
    and
    creamy
    for
    devil's food or any chocolate cake. Melt
    butter
    and
    chocolate
    together
    over hot water. Stir hot milk into sugar and salt;
    add vanilla, add chocolate mixture, beating until thick.
    Spread on cool cake.
    Decorate sides
    with chopped
    walnuts; arrange walnut halves on top to complete.
