Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 hot jalapeno peppers, chopped
20 tomatoes, chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 large onions, chopped
3 green peppers
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Make sure you seed your peppers. Combine tomatoes, peppers, onions, salt, garlic and vinegar. Bring mix to boil; place spice bag in mix. Cook 30 minutes until thickens. Take spice bag out; add honey and tomato paste. Makes 6 pints.
