Cajun Pasta(This Is Not For The Fainthearted!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb. Tasso (hot cajun ham)*
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 large or 2 small bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch scallions, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (1 lb.) bag angel hair pasta
small amount of plain milk or white wine to thin sauce, as needed
