Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 slices cubed bread (crusts removed)
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, fried and drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Cover the bottom of pan with the cubed bread.
Cover this layer with cheese and pork sausage. Beat the eggs and combine with the milk and dry mustard.
Pour over the meat and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with muffins and fresh fruit.
