Cheddar Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese (white)
    4 fresh green onions
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grate the cheese, using the medium grater.
    Cut the onion, including the greens, making sure they are cut fine.
    Add the chopped onion and mayonnaise to the grated cheese.
    Mix and let it stand overnight for blending of flavors.
