Moist Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. yellow corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Beat sugar and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Add yogurt and melted butter.
Stir until batter is evenly moistened.
Makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until tops are light brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
