Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (sifted)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Stir in zucchini and flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
