Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions
3 c. sliced squash
1 carton sour cream
1 small jar pimento, sliced
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/2 stick butter
1/2 to 1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook onion and squash together and drain.
Line pan with half of stuffing.
Mix other ingredients with squash and onions.
Pour over stuffing and cover with the rest of stuffing.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
