Zucchini Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomatoes or 2 to 3 fresh ones
    1 medium onion
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients together for 5 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and Italian spices.
    Put in casserole dish. Add 1 can garlic croutons.
    A small can of V-8 juice may be added.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
