Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    2 crust pie shell mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into double crust.
    Bake in 9-inch pie pan at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
