Heloise'S Fat-Free Cream Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nonfat dried milk powder
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
To make soup base, add 2 cups cold water to the mix in a large saucepan and stir constantly over medium heat until thick.
You can use this base to make any flavor \"cream\" soup.
Just add your main ingredient to the mix, mushrooms, for example, and cook for a few minutes longer.
If soup is too thick, add more water and stir thoroughly, still over medium heat.
