Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green peppers
    2 lb. ground meat
    onion
    salt and pepper
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Boil peppers for 5 minutes.
    Cook ground meat, onion, salt and pepper until almost done, then add Minute rice and finish cooking. Stuff peppers with meat mixture, pour Creole Sauce over and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
