Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
pinch of salt

Preparation

Cook potatoes in salted water.
Place potatoes in baking dish that has been greased with butter or margarine.
Mix remaining ingredients and cook until it begins to thicken; pour over potatoes.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
